Hasan Kececi provides restock notification tools to Shopify merchants. This policy describes data processed through the application hosted at http://pingmerce.hasan.works.

Data we process

We process shop domains, Shopify installation sessions, merchant settings, encrypted messaging-provider credentials, product identifiers, consent timestamps, and phone numbers shoppers submit for restock notifications.

Purpose and sharing

Data is used to operate the app, deliver requested notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and calculate merchant usage. Phone numbers and message content are shared only with the messaging provider selected by the merchant. Shopify and infrastructure providers process data as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

Completed and inactive notification records are retained for no longer than 365 days by default. Merchant data is deleted after Shopify sends the mandatory shop-redaction request. Credentials are encrypted at rest and connections use HTTPS.

Your choices

Shoppers can ask the relevant merchant to access or delete a request. Merchants can delete subscriber records in the app or contact us at [email protected].
