Terms of Service

By installing the app, a merchant authorizes it to process restock requests and use the merchant’s selected WhatsApp provider. Merchants are responsible for lawful shopper consent, approved WhatsApp templates, accurate provider credentials, and compliance with Shopify, Meta, and provider policies.

Subscription charges are processed through Shopify Billing. A merchant can cancel a paid plan through the app or Shopify. Service availability can be affected by Shopify, hosting, or messaging-provider outages.

The service must not be used for unsolicited marketing, unlawful messaging, abusive traffic, or collection of data unrelated to restock notifications. Accounts may be restricted to protect shoppers or the service.
